Who we are
NOVA Institute ("we", "us") provides online classes for G.C.E. O/L and A/L students in Sri Lanka through novainstitute.edu.lk.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type, subject of interest and message. We count resource downloads anonymously and do not link downloads to individual people. Your language preference is stored on your own device.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details only to respond to you and to arrange classes you ask about. We do not sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record keeping, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
In line with the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka, you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us.
Security
Inquiries are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised institute staff.
